From platform training in Frankfurt to delivery in Riyadh and Dubai
20 sessions
Curriculum from analysts to partners
Challenge
A valuation, modelling and economics practice needed to move its analysts, managers and partners from occasional AI use to AI as part of how the work is done: building models, reviewing them, gathering market data, drafting reports. The firm’s global platforms existed. The gap was practical capability in the region, and a plan for building it that partners would back.
Approach
I authored the practice’s analytics and AI growth and enablement plan: internal enablement and external development as two pillars, with a twenty-session curriculum from analysts to partners. I completed the Unit and Ignite programmes on EY’s proprietary AI-enabled research and analytics platform in Frankfurt, then delivered sessions in Riyadh and Dubai, adapting the material for regional teams. With colleagues I co-developed Copilot for Professionals training, with a pre-training survey to baseline AI use and confidence and adoption tracking by manager level. And I built an AI-assisted financial model review exercise: a full three-statement model, a review prompt, and an AI-generated report covering formula accuracy, structural integrity, accounting consistency, financial logic, auditability and decision risk.
Outcome
Platform sessions delivered in Riyadh and Dubai. Copilot training delivered in September 2026. The enablement plan is the practice’s roadmap through FY2027; the model-review exercise is reusable on live engagements; and the practice has a baseline against which to measure whether adoption changed anything.
